Ligia helped me plan and book my travels through South America. Right from the first call she was engaged and seemed as excited as me to be planning the trip. I gave her some ideas of what I wanted to cover and she came back with recommendations and suggestions that ticked all the boxes. She was eternally patient as we refined the itinerary and got the timing and pricing right. Her tips meant I managed to get more in than I'd hoped for the time and price. The service didn't stop when the trip was booked. Ligia helped me out while I was away - sorting a hotel booking that had got lost and helping me look into changing the route and dates mid trip. I loved using Not Just Travel, but more specifically Ligia. What an absolute dreamboat! She is lovely and thoughtful and went above and beyond to find the most perfect place to stay for a romantic weekend away for my birthday. She noted down what I liked and didn't and found us an amazing selection to choose from, the only hard part was the choosing from her recommendations, as all the options were perfect. I thoroughly recommend using Ligia from Not Just Travel if you're like me, you know what you want and are fussy but don't have time time to look for something to meet your own stupid high standards! Ligia really listened and paid attention to detail and took all the hassle out for me to enjoy our perfect stay at Laceby manor resort.
